Accessibility statement
WorkFree should be usable whether you navigate by mouse, keyboard, touch, or screen reader. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought.
What we do
- Semantic structure. Real headings, landmarks, and lists so assistive technology can navigate the page.
- Keyboard support. Interactive elements, including the calculators, work with a keyboard, and a visible focus outline shows where you are.
- Readable contrast. Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast against their backgrounds.
- Labelled inputs. Every calculator field has a clear label and helper text, and results are announced to screen readers as they update.
- Reduced motion. If your device requests reduced motion, animations such as the count-up result are turned off and the final value is shown directly.
- Responsive and zoomable. Layouts reflow on small screens and remain usable at high zoom levels.
Ongoing work
No site is ever perfectly accessible, and ours is no exception. We test as we build and fix issues as we find them, but some gaps will exist. We are committed to improving, and reader reports are one of the most useful ways we learn what to fix.
Reporting a problem
If you hit a barrier using WorkFree, please tell us through the contact page. Describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you can. We take these reports seriously and will work to put things right.
