Cookie policy
Last updated
Cookies are small files a website or its partners store in your browser. WorkFree itself does not set tracking cookies, but the third-party services we use do. Here is what they are and how to control them.
Cookies used on WorkFree
| Source | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Aggregate, anonymised traffic and usage measurement so we can improve the site. | Analytics |
| Google AdSense | Serving and measuring ads, including, unless you opt out, ads based on your interests. | Advertising |
| Mailchimp (contact form) | Running the embedded contact form and basic security or anti-spam checks. | Functional |
We do not set our own first-party tracking cookies, and the calculators store nothing in cookies; they run in memory and clear when you close the page.
Advertising cookies
Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to WorkFree and other sites. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of many vendors at aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu. More context is in our advertising disclosure.
How to control cookies
You can accept, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you clear cookies or browse privately. Blocking cookies will not stop the calculators or guides from working, though some advertising and measurement features may behave differently. The major browsers all publish instructions for managing cookies in their help pages.
